2010 Is Here!

This year is starting off very strong for Carnegie. January is a very busy month for shows. The Country Magic Show is a show Carnegie has done for years and has had it’s own site. We just added it to the Show page so check it out. Carnegie and his crew are rehearsing some brand new routines for the Country Magic Show which should see the light of day some time next month. One of the newest effects for the show is a wild take on the Spirit Cabinet Illusion.

We are behind on getting the Tour Page updated. But the 2010 dates will be posted soon.

This is going to be one big year for Carnegie! Stay Tuned!~

New Poster

Carnpostergermain

The newest Carnegie poster has arrived. Carnegie and company are gearing up for a busy Fall/Winter 2009. Take note, the Carnegie poster was designed as an homage to the old Germain the Wizard Posters. With a few exceptions, Karl Germain used a two tone red/black color scheme on most of his advertising. We adapted this look, along with a similar font to create this new poster.

Carnegie recently visited the famed Salon De Magie, the private magic collection of Ken Klosterman. Above is a a photograph of Carnegie standing in front of a display of props and posters once used by Germain the Wizard.

The collection houses thousands of props, books and posters. It is like Disney land for a magician. Props belonging to Harry Kellar, Howard Thurston, Alexander Herrmann and even Houdini are on display in this one of a kind museum.
